Huawei launched the simulation program called eNSP (Enterprise Network Simulation Platform). You can access and download as free from this URL http://support.huawei.com/ecommunity/bbs/10142183.html. This is a beta version and Huawei need some feedback before August 30, 2012.
Here's configuration you can do at VRP (Versatile Routing Platform): http://ip-datacomm.blogspot.com/2011/10/wan-protocol.html. You can connect the eNSP topology to the real network too.
